1Payment methods

All payment methods at Hungwar Store are secure and encrypted. Hungwar Store does not store any of your payment details.

2How to receive your Key / Code / Game card

Once your order is completed, your codes are waiting in your account:

1. Log in and open My Account (account icon at the top right).
2. Go to Orders.
3. Open the order with status Completed.
4. Click Show codes to see your CD Key / Code / Game card.

3Orders, refunds & support

We refund 100% when:

• The product we delivered is not the product you ordered.
• The product we delivered is not valid with the game publisher.
• We cannot agree on a delivery time for an item that is temporarily out of stock after you have paid.

Good to know

• Out of stock: if an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, please allow up to 48 hours for us to complete the order, or we will refund your payment in full.
• Prestige confirmed by quality: every KEY / Game / Code we sell is 100% guaranteed.
• RU games / RU VPN: these can be region locked at any time – buy at your own risk.
• Sale items (price in red): the order must be paid immediately, otherwise our system deletes it automatically after 1 hour.
• Email: add @hungwar.com to your safe senders so our support and payment emails reach you.
• Questions or need advice? Don’t hesitate to contact us on Messenger or by email.

4Privacy policy

Our commitment

Personal information you give when registering at Hungwar Store is encrypted and kept secure. We never buy, sell or exchange it with anyone or for any purpose, unless required by the competent authorities of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Purpose

Your email, name, phone number… are used to verify purchases and to support you better.

Scope

Contacting you about orders on the website and product information.

Retention

Data is stored encrypted in the website database. To delete your account, email support@hungwar.com.

5Personal data protection

Hungwar Store processes customers’ personal data in accordance with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 (in force since 1 January 2026) and its implementing regulations. This section explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and what your rights are.

What we collect

Why we use it

• Creating and managing your account and signing in (including one-time login codes sent by email).
• Processing orders, delivering Keys / Codes / Game cards, refunds and warranty.
• Sending order confirmations, invoices and account notifications.
• Customer support by email and Messenger.
• Preventing fraud and protecting accounts and our systems.
• Sending deals and new product emails – only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Meeting legal obligations (accounting, tax, requests from competent authorities).

Your consent

By ticking the box to accept the Terms & Conditions when you register, you consent to Hungwar Store processing your personal data for the purposes above. Receiving promotional emails is a separate, optional consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before, but we may no longer be able to provide services that need that data.

Sharing

We never sell personal data. It is shared only as far as needed with:

Payment partners

Banks, e-wallets, PayPal, WebMoney – what is needed for the payment method you choose.

Email delivery

Brevo – email address, name and the content of transactional emails (order confirmations, login codes…).

Backups

Website backups are encrypted before being stored with the Backblaze cloud storage service.

Messenger

When you contact Hungwar Store through Facebook Messenger.

Authorities

When required by the competent authorities under Vietnamese law.

How long we keep it

• Account: until you ask us to delete it.
• Orders, invoices, transactions: for the period required by accounting and tax law, even after the account is deleted.
• Backups: rotated regularly, older copies are deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to:

• Be informed about processing
• Consent or refuse
• Withdraw consent
• View and correct your data
• Obtain a copy of your data
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing
• Complain, report or sue
• Claim compensation

How to exercise them

1. Edit your name, phone, address and email preferences yourself in My Account.
2. For anything else (a copy, deletion, restriction, withdrawing consent…) email support@hungwar.com from the email address of your account and describe your request.
3. We verify and reply within 72 hours, and carry out the request within the time limits set by law.

Security & incidents

The whole website uses encrypted HTTPS; passwords are hashed; one-time login codes have limited attempts; backups are encrypted; only authorised staff can access the admin area. If a personal data breach occurs we will notify the personal data protection authority and affected customers as required by law.

Cookies

Hungwar Store only uses cookies needed for the website to work (login session, cart, language, layout). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Minors

If you are a minor, please only register and buy with the consent of a parent or guardian.

6Pre-orders

• For paid pre-orders we give an estimated key delivery date. The actual date can vary because of distance, time zones, publisher rules… thank you for your understanding.
• The pre-order period is shown on the product page, or contact us for details.
